Our fitness boot camp integrates body weight exercises, cardio bursts, motivating instructors, all fitness levels and just a plain ol’ good time. Our camps include 18 group workouts in every month long session. We know from experience that what you’re eating is just as important as your workout so part of our camp is helping you clean up your eating habits with our daily nutritional coaching. We are experts at getting people to their goals and want to do the same for you.

What’s a day of camp like?
One of the things that makes our program so successful is its variety-you’ll never get bored! Every day is a different workout but typically fall into two general categories: circuit/field or moving/track. On circuit days, expect a focus on strength movements using resistance bands or body weight. On our moving workouts, most of the cardio will come from running. Do you have to be “a runner,” fast or even like running for our camp? Heck no. Our rule of thumb is if you can walk 1 minute and then run 1 minute, you’ll be great. What to expect
“I’m a little nervous about signing up, how can I be sure that I’ll get the results I want, or if I’ll be able to stick with it?”
First, it’s important to understand that we help you set realistic goals going into the program. If you are truly committed to reaching the goals we set together, follow our coaching, attend all of the workouts and honestly give it your all, we are confident that you will see tremendous improvements in just 30 days.
Our instructors receive specialized training not only in fitness instruction, but on how to motivate our clients. Creating success stories is our main goal, and we will help you succeed at every step. No one is left behind, and we will not let you fail.
Please consider the program fully before enrolling as we don’t issue refunds. We are committed to providing you with a program that produces real results, and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know so we can make it right!
“How will my body change, and when can I expect to see results?”
Results of the program are that you will become leaner, and build fat-burning muscle without becoming bulky. Many campers lose at least one clothing size and discover their bodies have become firmer as they have exchanged fat for muscle. Get ready to start flexing your guns for all your family and friends!
“I’m totally out of shape. How fit do I need to be to participate in this program?”
Our ability to serve every fitness level is one of the unique and amazing things about boot camp. You don’t need to be able to run a 5K to join us-we’d love to help push you out of your comfort zone and help you reach your goals. You should be able to do a run-walk interval-try running to one mailbox, then speed walk to the next and so on. Be sure to get your doctor’s approval and feel free to contact us to discuss any concerns.
“I am not a runner, is this program for me?
If you are unable to run because your doctor says you shouldn’t – then this program may not be for you. If you are unsure, give us a call and we can help you determine a plan of action. But if you have just a belief that you are not a runner, or just don’t like running, then you should absolutely give the program a try! Many of our instructors started out in boot camp and were not “runners”. We have designed our program on a progressive schedule to help you increase your endurance at a level you can handle. Although there is some running every day, our workouts vary so that we don’t just “run” all the time. When we do run, you will not be left by yourself. Our instructors are trained to help you every step of the way.
“I follow a workout plan now, will boot camp really challenge me?”
YES! Boot camp pushes you to an intensity level that most people are unable to reach on their own. We’ve helped Boston marathoners, triathletes and fitness enthusiasts bring their training and fitness to the next level. We’ve helped many runners cut minutes off their race times as well as build up their muscles to prevent injury. Our program offers cross training that benefits all kinds of athletes as well as first time fitness participants.
“I’m on a special diet. Do I have to alter my food plans to your specifications?”
Diets like Weight Watchers are usually ok, because you can easily adjust your food intake so you are consuming enough calories to fuel your body for energetic workouts. If you are on a restricted calorie diet, then it is likely that you will need to supplement your food intake to give your body the energy it needs to participate in our intense workouts. Contact us, and let’s talk about it if you are unsure. We want to help!
“I have some physical limitations, can I still participate?”
It depends on the nature and severity of the injury or limitations you may have. It would be best to call and chat with our sales team to determine if boot camp is right for you. Generally speaking, people who can walk briskly, jog at least a little bit and can jump without issues tend to do just fine in our camps. You should get clearance from a doctor before you begin the program with us, regardless.
“I am quite overweight, can I sign up?”
We have had clients who took multiple boot camps and lost over 100 pounds, so it is possible! Although the training is intense, our instructor teams know how to work with people of different fitness levels and love to help people! You need to use common sense, and certainly get clearance from your doctor before beginning our program. But if you are unsure and want more information, give us a call and we can discuss your situation. Our goal is always to help you get and stay healthy.
“What is the schedule like?”
Schedules vary by location but most are 18 group workouts that take place over 4 weeks. Most programs begin at 6AM with workouts finishing by 7AM.
Here’s an example schedule:

– week 3 Mon. Tues. Weds. Thur. Fri.
– week 4 Mon. Tues. Weds. Thur. Fri
“Can I switch between camps, or switch to different meeting times and set my own schedule?”
No. Part of what makes our program so successful is helping to keep you accountable and on a consistent workout schedule. Our program is designed to be team-based to keeps you with a core instructor team and fellow campers throughout the experience. If you are concerned about your schedule please email us and we will help you determine a plan.
“What makes your program different than other boot camp style fitness plans?”
Our experience in the fitness industry began in 1995, and we created our boot camp program in 2000. We have helped thousands of people with their fitness goals and have led the way in the marketplace. The design of the program, with accountability, length of program, and a team of enthusiastic and well trained instructors is the recipe for a program that produces consistent results for our clients.
“Do I need to bring any equipment or gear to the workouts?”
The most important thing you need to bring is a great attitude. Other than that, you just need comfortable workout clothing and a good pair of cross training or running shoes that are less than 6 months old. You will receive more details about this once you sign up for a camp.
