Operation Boot Camp is a 30 day, co-ed, outdoor group fitness and nutrition program which uses innovative exercise and diet techniques to achieve fast and permanent results. Get into the best shape of your life with Operation Boot Camp’s Terrell Mill Park location which is convenient to East Cobb, Marietta, and Roswell. Terrell Mill Park is easily accessible from I-75, Delk Road, Powers Ferry Road, Johnson Ferry Road, and Highway 120. It is located just off of Terrell Mill Road and Lower Roswell Road. OBC at Terrell Mill Park offers group exercise programs for all fitness levels. The environment is fun, fast-paced, challenging and adaptable for any fitness level. Our team of instructors will be your accountability partners and will help you reach your goals. We are offering two great program options within each camp session– select the best fit for YOU:

GET FIT Program – This 4-week session includes 18 workouts and is designed for those that are ready to jump-start their fitness routine. This is also a great option for those that want to maintain a daily exercise routine, and to partner with our instructors to stay on track for reaching both short-term and long-term goals. In addition to the 18 workouts, the GET FIT Program also includes:

  • Nutritional guidance and a daily review of your food journal to help you establish and meet your fitness goals
  • Motivational daily emails with healthy lifestyle tips,
  • Workouts catered to your fitness level,
  • And fitness assessments at the beginning and end of each camp session to measure your success.

Tuition for the GET FIT Program is just $249 (reduced from $299!)

STAY FIT Program – This 4-week session includes 12 workouts, and is designed for OBC veteran campers and experienced athletes that already have a strong base of conditioning and strength.

  • This program meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ONLY. (Holidays may be an exception.)
  • This is a great option for those that are in a fitness maintenance mode, and want to attend kick-butt workouts every other day (no fitness evaluations or nutritional guidance included).
  • If you supplement your fitness routine with other activities like biking, swimming or distance running, this may be a great option for you!
  • STAY FIT campers are welcome attend Bring-A-Friend Day, and get their 13th work out FREE!
