Come and join us to preview what an Operation Boot Camp workout feels like!

Experience a preview of the fitness boot camp that thousands of men and women across the nation are raving about while toning, slimming down, losing weight, and getting into the best shape of their lives.   Operation Boot Camp is a 30 day, co-ed, outdoor group fitness and nutrition program which uses innovative exercise and diet techniques to achieve fast and permanent results.  Join us for a FREE preview workout.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the workout start time (listed below), dressed in workout clothes and running shoes. Be ready to have fun and an incredible workout!
